Guarantee

Refunds are made upon request within 14 days after the purchase date. Refunds are only possible if the key is not working and may take up to 10 business days (usually faster).

How to return a key:

1. Write to us at care@gameray.store, indicating the name of the game you purchased and your order number.

2. We will definitely respond to you and immediately send the key for activity verification (usually it takes 3-4 business days).

3. We will send you a refund and you will receive the money on your card or e-wallet within 1-3 business days (depending on the payment method).
